ABOUT US

The Youth Visions Multimedia Project, funded by CTCNet, is a collaborative video, web design and powerpoint project about our neighborhood, Troy, New York. We are a group of fifteen students from the Ark After School Program. To make our projects, we interviewed community members, thought about the needs of our neighborhood, wrote scripts, made music and edited hundreds of hours of video footage. We hope you enjoy our projects.

Please join us for the world premiere of our projects:

The Ark Multi-Media Show

Free
Sunday, May 22nd, 2005
at The Arts Center
165 River Street, Troy, NY
2:00-3:30pm

Every year, the Ark Afterschool program showcases the artwork of youth from the Ark. Please join us for an afternoon of youth-produced videos and websites. In the videos, students address issues concerning Troy and their community; including the arts, activities for youth, and racial challenges within Troy. It's going to be spectacular.
