end of ramp take right to Green Island Bridge
go over bridge to Troy
at light at end of bridge turn right
continue straight on this road which becomes Third Street
continue to Congress Street
right on to Congress Street heading toward river
cross Second and First Street
next left on Congress Street is the driveway to the Taylor
